The Brazilian association of Brazilian Design Companies (AbeDesign) is created in 2005 with headquarters in São Paulo Abedesign’s. The principal purpose and objectives are: "to promote, disseminate and contribute to the continuous improvement, market growth and exchange of economic activities and professionals of design companies, in all its modalities and with a national and international scope; to defend the collective rights and interests of design companies, as well as representing them before the public and private entities, national and international diplomatic entities; to develop the relationship with entities that represent industry, commerce and services. Including directly with partnerships so as to stimulate the reciprocal cooperation with a view to the analysis and improvement of various activities related to design.” It presents seminars and exhibitions.
